Bringing together our individual expertise, we cover the entire operation with ease.
Delene comes from an administration background of, running her mother’s School in northern Brasil.
My journey started with “Home Brewing” while living in England, which led to building NZ’s first Micro Brew Hotel in Hororata.
From brewing several styles of beer, I progressed to producing three types of “German Schnapps”
Having spent many years in the Hospitality trade I find myself full circle and back at the beginning………….

The “Art of Distillation” has come a long way and yet remains the same.
Taking the ancient principle of reflux distilling, very little has changed in the basic physics of how alcohol / ethanol is produced.
The utilisation of modern computerisation, melded into the age old practice of distilling, has resulted in this automated wonder.
One that drinks in the crafted wash and delivers our finished product for your pleasurable consumption.
The beginning of the packaging process starts with quality checking of the bottles for any defects, prior to washing.
